Refund policy

Returns are accepted for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY if your order arrives damaged please contact [email protected] within 7 business days of receiving your order. Any returned item must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the original condition. Returns and exchanges can be processed within 30 days of receiving

the order. 

Please note that the initial shipping fee is not refunded in the case of a return. Jessenea Creation's highly recommends that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. Jessenea Creation's is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Please include the following details when contacting Jessenea Creation's in regards to a return/exchange.

2. Size and style you want in exchange (if applicable)

3. The address that you want the exchanged item sent to.
